Cake

Cake is on of my most favorite deserts. Here is a recipe on how to bake one.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour.
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar.
  • ½ cup shortening.
  • 1 cup milk.
  • 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 3 eggs.

    Method

    1. Prepare baking pans.
    2. Allow Ingredients to Reach Room Temperature.
    3. Preheat the Oven.
    4. Stir Together Dry Ingredients.
    5. Combine the Butter and Sugar.
    6. Add Eggs One at a Time.
    7. Alternate Adding Dry and Wet Ingredients.
    8. Pour Batter into Pans and Bake.
